Graham Titcombe

After an extensive career in general management in the electrical and electronic manufacturing and service industries in New Zealand and Australia, Graeme joined the home based health and disability sector as Chief Executive Officer of Access Homehealth Limited in 1999.

A Chartered Accountant by profession, he has a particular interest in strategic planning and change management within a business environment and has led Access Homehealth through a period of rapid change and growth.

He was the National President of The New Zealand Home Health Association from 2001 to 2007, representing all providers of home based health & disability services and served on many Government advisory groups in regard to home based support services design and staff development initiatives.
